First revealed to the world last month, the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition can easily be identified by its back area which features the game’s logo together with a drawing of its main villain, Skarn. The game’s “Immortality Awaits” tagline is also present on the phone’s rear camera module. [Image: ASUS.][Image: ASUS.]ASUS has also implemented plenty of Diablo Immortal-themed design into the phone’s launcher that includes live wallpapers and sound effects. There are even custom animations for its lock screen, incoming call notification, and charging logo. Not enough with the phone itself, the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition is stored inside a box that was modelled after the Worldstone. The phone is also accompanied by the specially made Immortality Ejector Pin as well as a Shield Blessing Aero Case and a Sanctuary map scroll which can interact with the bundled Fahir’s Light. The gaming phone and all of its exclusive goodies are packed into another custom box, with designs that were inspired by the Horadric Cube. However, we are not able to confirm that there will be smoke coming out from the box as per what ASUS has shown in the phone’s official unboxing video above. In terms of hardware, the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SOC alongside 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS3.1-based 512GB storage. It also features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display from Samsung with a 165Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint sensor while being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. [Image: ASUS.]Photography-wise, the phone’s primary camera carries a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor that is paired with an f/1.9 lens. Its rear camera module has also been equipped with a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and 5MP macro camera while there is also a 12MP selfie camera on the front part of the phone. Alongside its AirTrigger 6 ultrasonic sensors, completing the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition is a 6,000mAh battery. ASUS has also provided the phone with a 65W HyperCharge adapter that allows it to regain 100% of its battery capacity from 0% in just 42 minutes. [Image: ASUS.]Regarding the price tag, the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition can be obtained for RM4,999. This has made it the most expensive ROG Phone 6 variant in Malaysia, a status that the device shared with the MediaTek-based ROG Phone 6D Ultimate that was released into our market last month. Meanwhile, do note that this device does not come with the AeroActive Cooler 6 as standard. Gamers can purchase the active cooler separately for RM349 over at ASUS Mobile Store on Lazada and other authorized ASUS ROG dealers, just like the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition itself.
