The new set of pictures feature the model of the Motorola Razr with the larger outer display. With that being said, Blass names this model the 40 Ultra, as opposed to the Plus, which was the name we saw earlier this month. Either way, the name remains up in the air until the now Lenovo subsidiary officially lifts the veil off the two foldable phones. Name aside, the new image set shows more of what the higher-end Motorola Razr will look like, or at least its outer shell when flipped shut. In other words, the highlight here is the outer screen, which is pretty large, despite there being a fair bit of space between it and the folding hinge mechanism. If we were to get nitpicky, the bezels also seem to be a bit thicker than what we’ve seen previously. It is also shown to sport at least three different styles of clock, as well as what looks like a maze puzzle. There are two pictures in the set that shows the outer shell with a generic personalisation menu, but it naturally remains to be seen what you can actually do with the outer display beyond these static images. The other Motorola foldable, which we colloquially call the Razr Lite, probably doesn’t have as many options due to the smaller screen on the outside. So far, the only indication as to when these will launch is a date previously shared by Blass, which is 1 June. Should this be accurate, this would mean that this year’s edition of the Motorola Razr will be taking the stage slightly ahead of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, alongside the larger Z Fold variant.
